This policy covers digital/service fees charged through Dallol ERP by Dallol Technology PLC.

2. Eligibility

• Duplicate or failed charges: refund after verification
• Service not delivered due to our fault: refund or credit
• Change of mind after successful delivery: generally not refundable

3. How to request

Email info@dalloltech.com within 7 days with order/reference ID and reason.

4. Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank/provider timelines.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us first so we can resolve issues without unnecessary disputes.
